Ekiti State is the home state of Olanrewaju Alebiosu. His stage name is Alatika Baba, which translates to “A FUN LOVING PERSON.” He began his conga drumming career in a church and later paired off to play with DJs at clubs.
He was the pioneer of conga music in bars and performed all around the world, including in the UK, South Africa, and Dubai.
Among the songs he has previously released is Ojoro, which features Terry Apala.
In 2024, he released a new song titled IdI ROPOTO.
The purpose of IDI ROPOTO is to honor African women’s endowment.
