Mohammed Yakubu, known professionally as Loopy beatz, is an international music producer and songwriter based in Lagos, Nigeria. Born in Lagos State, Nigeria, Mohammed attended Onward Preparatory Nursery and Primary School.
He later completed his secondary education at Falomo High School on Alanna Daramola Street, Awolowo Road, Lagos, before enrolling at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, from which he eventually dropped out to pursue his passion for music. Since beginning his music career in 2015 and turning professional in 2016, Loopybeatz has become a recognized name in the music industry.
