Research have proven that the beauty market and personal care in AFRICA is a billion dollars industry, with annual increase of nearly 10% with global growth deteriorating at around 4%, the Africa market is expanding at more than double the speed. The Africa Beauty market is expected to be worth more $14billion by 2022.
Nigeria Beauty industry alone is valued at $3,4billion. Globally, the beauty industry is strong and getting stronger. From the analysis, the industry is worth from $483 billion in 2020 to $511 billion in 2021 and this is with annual compounded increase rate of 4.75% world wide. The Beauty industry is predicted to grow faster and above $716 billion by 2025 and $784.6 billion by 2027.
