Far from it, she is indeed an Island of virtues, one that is summarized in her burning passion to helping people becoming better version of themselves. Infact, Ije Oma graciously combines in equal measure trainings as a professional Life Coach, Social Counsellor and Psychologist in dishing out valuable nuggets in different areas of life. Little wonder, her weekly Facebook live session which commences by 8pm on Sundays is a social media delight. Her Facebook comment section is regularly abuzz with comments from different parts of the world.
In a period of over two decades, her dedication to social advancement is a proven attestation of zeal, resilience and comportment towards the advancement of all. A clear indication of her undisputed service to mankind resides in the numerous feedbacks of positive impacts from many respondents.
In a clime where women are not giving equal opportunities as their male counterparts to compete favourably, Ije Oma – is one who bestrides on Colossus legs – and breaking such barriers that stand in her way to fulfilling destiny. Unfazed by gender barriers and societal limitations, Ije Oma proceeds as an Amazon with one weapon – genuine compassion for others. In the light of this spirited dedication and profound motivation to see people maximizing their potentials, she continues to spread the gospel of improving the innate capacities of many.
Ije Oma is a regular speaker at the many youth empowerment Conferences including the annual WEBIC national youth forum in Abuja Nigeria. As a seasoned professional, she is linked with working for many NGOs and has widely participated in women empowerment projects and also in those tasked with the integration of immigrants through providing psycho-social counselling services. One of such organizations is the German-based Caritasverband.
In 2013, she also founded an intercultural exchange project tagged, Women of Essence in Berlin, Germany aimed at pooling resources for the common good of the group members.
