The Glo-sponsored drama series, The Village Headmaster, is now in its 37th episode, and it’s apparent that the drama never ends in Oja Village.
The beauty pageant event has been concluded and Teacher Ese has emerged victorious. The people of Oja are in a festive mood as they are proud of her performance during the pageantry competition. To celebrate, a victory party was organised in her honour, and congratulatory gifts were presented to her by the people.
Whilst at the party, having fun and making merry, Lakunle accidentally bumps into Madam Asake. This nearly resulted in her falling to the ground, but thanks to his quick reflexes, Lakunle was able to catch her before she hit the floor. This quick save was seen by many and misinterpreted by a few, particularly Madam Gbeke, aka “Small Radio Oja ”, who had front row seat to the incident. You’ll just have to trust Madam Gbeke to put a spin on the actual details of any incident. This time around, Madam Gbeke’s narrative of a possible secret affair between Lakunle and Madam Asake may very well land Lakunle in a lot of trouble with the acting Kabiyesi and Madam Asake’s husband, Chief Dagbolu.
How will acting Kabiyesi Chief Dagbolu handle the rumours? Who will save Lakunle from the hands of the acting Kabiyesi, Chief Dagbolu?
With Mazi Chinedu’s secret relationship blown open by Nurse Stella’s mother, he quickly informs her that he and Nurse Stella have an understanding and her demands cannot be met as they were against his faith. This however failed to convince Nurse Stella’s mother as she chose to curse Mazi Chinedu as she carried on with her complaints. At a loss for what to do to resolve the situation, Mazi Chinedu decides to seek the advice from Udoh. Udoh on the other hand was reluctant to share his opinion or advice, as he believed Mazi Chinedu may not appreciate it. Upon hearing his opinion about the relationship with Nurse Stella, Mazi Chinedu threatened him, which confirmed his fears. But what was Udoh’s take on it? What advice did he give Mazi Chinedu that angered him?
Seems like Teacher Iginla went ahead with his threats to expose Teacher Idemudia, as the latter has been issued a query by the SEC. After years of loyalty, Teacher Idemudia couldn’t help but feel betrayed but Teacher Iginla couldn’t care less as he feels, if Teacher Idemudia had danced to his tune, the current situation could have been avoided. In a bid to save his career, Teacher Idemudia pleaded with Chief Fadele to help him speak to Teacher Iginla, but things soon took a different turn when they paid Teacher Iginla a visit. Will Chief Fadele’s visit help Teacher Idemudia’s case or just make it worse?
